Moment in time

This piece of writing was inspired by our teachers Doing as small heritage walk around town. This walk taught me and my class about the stories of captain cook arriving in Gisborne New Zealand . This writing is My perspective of what it would be like as a Mauri watching the pakeha Come onto their land.

  1. Kia ora Briana,
I really liked the way you built up tension in your writing. I was holding my breath wondering what the ending was going to be.
I like the way your words are prominent on the page with images behind the text that is not distracting. It was easy to read.
The Heritage Walks are a great addition to our area. What other stories have you heard?
